I’m a busy mom, just like you, and getting time to eat anything, let alone a nutrient dense meal, is pretty difficult. I used to find myself running around during meal times and shoving bites of this, that, and the other thing in between feeding the kids and cleaning up after them. Those meals never satisfied me, and I would end up “fueling my body” with leftover mac & cheese and animal crackers. No wonder I was so tired! Shakeology has changed all that.

Shakeology is my daily dose of dense nutrition which means packed full of whole foods, fruits, veggies, superfoods, probiotics, vitamins, minerals and more. It’s not a fad, it’s not a magic pill because there is no such thing as a shortcut. It’s been part of my daily routine for  years, it’s changed my relationship with food and the way my body responds to exercise. It’s something I look forward to drinking every single day!

I usually drink my favorite shake after my workout, but it’s also great for quick and easy, nutrient dense breakfast. Regardless, I rarely go a day without it. It’s changed my relationship with food and that in itself is has had a greater, more positive impact on my healthy than any other thing I’ve done. Nutrition is everything because it impacts everything.

Admittedly, I LOVE chocolate and it’s always been a weakness. I’m so glad I can get my “fix” with Shakeology! No more M&M’s and Diet Coke in the mid-afternoon to keep me going, just good, clean, whole food nutrition that keeps me full until dinner.

Before I started drinking Shakeology and exercising regularly at home with these programs I was 215lbs, on stomach medication for my horrible heart burn and constant indigestion, I had zero energy, was always stressed out, and overwhelmed. I had been on every “diet” under the sun only to lose 10-20lbs and then swing back up again.
