So you think you can dance?
Yeah, me too … or at least I have fun trying. In my own home. With Shaun T to support and encourage me. With nobody watching. Except you, of course. Cize is Team Beachbody’s newest program that is releasing on July 20th (this month!). I’ve gotten to try a few sneak peeks of the workouts and I have to say, even with limited dance skills, it is fun AND sweaty … two things that make a great workout! Shaun T does a great job of breaking down each move and helping you master the choreography.
A little known secret about me is that when I was a little girl, I REALLY wanted to be a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader … see, we really ARE sisters now right? You know my secrets. Fit sisters to the end. I had the shiny, satin blue jacket and everything.
As for now, I’m pretty happy with how things turned out, so I’m thinking this home dance workout will do just fine. I’ll let you watch my video and draw your own conclusions. And those hair flips you see are added for an extra effect … what can I say, I’m living my dream here and there’s no sense in doing things half way. Word of warning. If you attempt the hair flips, proceed with caution. My neck was totally sore the next day … completely worth it though. Just don’t say you weren’t warned, haha! But seriously, if I can do this workout and have fun doing it, so can you. Check it out …
