Hello, I’m Amber. I’m about to become your fitness mentor mixed with a little virtual fit sister in Christ. How? By equipping you with the same tools and inspiration that gave my body and heart new life.
Jesus took me at my weakest and made me strong and confident in His power. I was frail, I was torn and I was desperate for a change. He told me that if I would take care of myself, He would take care of the rest. OH, how he has over-delivered on that promise. God is so good to give me more than I deserve! I’ve learned that part of taking care of my two boys involves taking care of myself, too. I’ve learned that to do big things for Him, it’s going to require me to be physically equipped to do that.
He used a company called Beachbody to bring me back to life, to rediscover who I am in Him, to restore my health and our finances in a way I never thought possible. He REVIVED me. He gave me the grace to rewrite my story. And then He showed me how to equip other women to experience this same kind of revival. I pray I never squander that.
What started as a simple fitness journey has evolved into my life’s mission to change the world, one fit sister at a time. He changed me, He’s changing women, and He’s changing their world. When you change a woman, you change her world and her people, but when you teach her how to change others, you have a God-sized REVIVAL on your hands.
This IS Fit Revival. I want all that He has for me, back the truck up, load it up, ALL that He has for me. I want that for you, too. It’s evident that God is raising up a new generation of fit sisters who want to do big things for Him. No matter your circumstance, no matter your story, He will give you the grace to run your race, to be all that He’s called you to be and to use the gifts He has given you for His glory. It starts right now with you. Take up your cross, fit sisters. Let’s go!
“For the Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.” – Isaiah 61:1
