HEY BUSY BABE, fitness shouldn’t be your life and nutrition shouldn’t consume you. Your fitness SHOULD give you a glimpse of your God-given potential so that you realize you were created for MORE.

I used to be so skeptical about home workouts, until I needed them. I loved the gym (STILL DO!). But I refused to see other options. Once I had two small children, that changed. The effort to pack up, take them to the gym, put them in childcare, felt exhausting because I was already … EXHAUSTED.

When I opened my heart to a new way of doing things, it changed EVERYTHING. And God used these silly home workouts to change my life and start REVIVAL in the online fitness industry wherever I go.

A new program called TRANSFORM: 20  is early releasing in January by one of my favorite trainers, Shaun T. If you’ve ever tried Insanity, T25 or any of his dance programs … you know he has a gift for helping people see more in themselves. It’s been 3 years since we’ve had an entirely new program from him, so I’m excited to take a group of sisters through this 6 week program in The Transformation Sisterhood!

THE WORKOUTS

TRANSFORM :20 is a total body workout for the body and the mind. It integrates, cardio, strength, core and balance in 20 minutes per day, 6 days per week for 6 weeks. And if you know Shaun, you know you better be ready to MOVE as soon as the clock starts! Get in and get it DONE.

Transform: 20 uses a step riser, but it is not step aerobics. It’s a non stop, 20 minute workout to burn crazy calories, sculpt your body and build lean muscles. There is a modifier in every workout, each workout is unique and was filmed in real time, so you’ll never see the same thing twice!

THE NUTRITION PLAN

We will tailor a plan that is customized to your current weight and goals by using a simple macro plan and color coded containers. You will learn to visualize the right portions and form healthy habits. This eating plan is both structured and flexible, guaranteeing a higher rate of success.

The goal is that you have the freedom to LIVE your life and still achieve your goals. As your coach, I am passionate about helping you meal plan in a way that suits your family and/or busy lifestyle. I provide you with meal plans, supplement suggestions and additional resources to help you meal plan and meal prep like a rockstar! Transform : 20 also comes with a spiral bound tracker that will help you stay on track not just with food, but with mindset as well. 

FIT SISTERHOOD AKA “X-FACTOR”

This is the magic piece of the puzzle that so many women are missing. Being part of this fit sisterhood community will change your life. It has mine over the last seven years! We focus on 5 core areas: working out, working in, nutrition, rest and sisterhood. For 60 days, you are given exclusive access to my private Transformation Sisterhood Virtual Bootcamp. 

As part of The Transformation Sisterhood, we will commit to working IN for 10 minutes per day or more. Working IN is time spent reading your Bible, doing a bible study, journaling or just sitting with the Lord. We’re going to write a new chapter and start 2019 off as an ARMY of women rising up to do BIG THINGS for God.
