I’m loving this fall weather and all the holiday treats that are making an appearance, especially Peppermint Mocha. Something about peppermint is so strongly associated with comfort and holiday cooking for me, and of course, chocolate is just so… chocolatey.

I had to figure out a way to satisfy my sweet tooth without the guilt, so here you go! A nutrient-dense holiday treat for the peppermint mocha lovers out there.

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth. *feel free to adjust coffee/milk ratio. If you want a stronger coffee flavor, add more coffee and less milk, and vice versa.
