Meal Prep Hack: Baked Brown Rice

I used to dread making rice because I never could quite get it right. It would stick to the bottom, bubble up over the top of the pot, and to top it all off,  it was never quite cooked to perfection. Oh, the drama for this meal preppin’ mama.

Are you ready for your life to be changed? Bake your brown rice, sister. You’re welcome.

This was shared in one of my virtual bootcamps several years ago, and it has been on regular rotation in my prep ever since. Brown rice for dayyyys!  It comes out perfect every time. Am I the last to know about this awesome tip? Make sure you share with your girlfriends because all the world should know how to make perfect {and easy} brown rice.
